fa بررسی الگوهای توسعه شهری و اسکان در جزایر ایران (مورد مطالعه: جزیره بوموسی) عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <div dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span><span><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">توسعه شهری و اسکان جمعیت در جزایر ایران به دلیل ویژگی‌های جغرافیایی، اقتصادی و راهبردی آن‌ها همواره مورد توجه سیاست‌گذاران و پژوهشگران بوده است. جزیره بوموسی به‌عنوان یکی از جزایر راهبردی ایران، نمونه‌ای شاخص برای بررسی الگوهای توسعه شهری و اسکان محسوب می‌شود. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل الگوهای توسعه شهری در جزیره بوموسی انجام شده و تلاش می‌کند ارتباط میان عوامل طبیعی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی با فرآیندهای اسکان و توسعه را تبیین کند. روش تحقیق این مطالعه، توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و از داده‌های میدانی، اسنادی و تصاویر ماهواره‌ای استفاده شده است</span>. <span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که توسعه شهری در بوموسی به شدت تحت تأثیر عوامل جغرافیایی مانند محدودیت منابع آب، زمین‌های قابل سکونت و تهدیدات زیست‌محیطی قرار دارد. در عین حال، نقش سیاست‌های کلان توسعه‌ای و سرمایه‌گذاری‌های زیرساختی در جهت‌دهی به الگوهای اسکان بسیار حائز اهمیت است. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان می‌دهد که رشد پراکنده و نامتوازن شهری از چالش‌های اصلی این جزیره است که نیازمند برنامه‌ریزی دقیق و هماهنگ با ظرفیت‌های زیست‌محیطی و اجتماعی است</span>.<span b="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">این مطالعه پیشنهاد می‌کند که بهره‌گیری از مدل‌های توسعه پایدار، توجه به ظرفیت‌های بومی و تقویت مشارکت جامعه محلی می‌تواند در بهبود الگوهای اسکان و توسعه در جزیره بوموسی مؤثر باشد. نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به‌عنوان الگویی برای برنامه‌ریزی شهری در سایر جزایر ایران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد</span>.<span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> &nbsp; <pre aria-label="نوشتار ترجمه‌شده: Urban development and population settlement in Iranian islands have always been the focus of policy makers and researchers due to their geographical, economic and strategic characteristics. The findings show that urban development in Bomusi is strongly influenced by geographical factors such as limited water resources, habitable land and environmental threats. At the same time, the role of macro-development policies and infrastructure investments in directing settlement patterns is very important. Data analysis shows that scattered and unbalanced urban growth is one of the main challenges of this island, which requires accurate and coordinated planning with environmental and social capacities. This study suggests that using sustainable development models, paying attention to local capacities and strengthening local community participation can be effective in improving settlement and development patterns in Bomusi Island.
