fa امکان سنجی توسعه فناوری بلک چین در توسعه جزایر خلیج فارس (مطالعه موردی:جزیره بوموسا) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin=""><span style="font-weight:normal">در عصر دیجیتال، هوش مصنوعی و فناوری بلاک‌چین به عنوان فناوری‌های تحول‌آفرین، نقش بسزایی در توسعه و امنیت ملی ایفا می‌کنند. فناوری بلاک‌چین با افزایش شفافیت و امنیت داده‌ها، به کاهش چالش‌های ناشی از تهدیدات سایبری و نظارت کمک می‌کند. این تکنولوژی نه تنها قابلیت‌های نظامی را تقویت می‌کند، بلکه امکان ثبت اطلاعات به‌صورت امن و غیرقابل تغییر را نیز فراهم می‌آورد. با توجه به توصیه‌های مقام معظم رهبری در زمینه امکان‌سنجی توسعه دریامحور، این پژوهش به بررسی امکان‌سنجی فناوری بلاک‌چین در توسعه جزیره بوموسی می‌پردازد. این تحقیق بر اساس روش تحقیق کیفی انجام شده است و برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از تکنیک‌های بررسی اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای بهره‌گیری گردیده است</span></span></span> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" nazanin=""><span style="font-weight:normal">نتایج تحقیق حاضر مشخص نمود که فناوری بلاک‌چین می‌تواند تأثیرات قابل‌توجهی بر موضوعات مختلفی مانند تقویت صنعت گردشگری، تسهیل تجارت و صادرات به واسطه دور زدن تحریم ها، ارتقاء شفافیت و توسعه زیرساخت‌ها داشته باشد و از مهم‌ترین موانع توسعه گردشگری به واسطه استفاده از فناوری بلاک‌چین، می‌توان به عدم وجود بستر مناسب جهت ایجاد زیرساخت‌های مربوطه و آشنایی ناکافی در بخش‌های زیرساخت گردشگری اشاره کرد. همچنین، چالش‌های مدیریتی نیز در این راستا به عنوان مانعی جدی مطرح می‌باشد.</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:normal"></span></span></span></div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:normal">In the digital age, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology play a significant role in national development and security as transformative technologies. Blockchain technology enhances data transparency and security, contributing to the mitigation of challenges posed by cyber threats and monitoring. This technology not only strengthens military capabilities but also enables secure and immutable data recording. In light of the Supreme Leader&#39;s recommendations regarding the feasibility of marine-oriented development, this research examines the feasibility of blockchain technology in the development of Hormuz Island. This study was conducted using qualitative research methods, employing documentary and library techniques for data collection. The findings of this research indicate that blockchain technology can have significant impacts on various issues, such as enhancing the tourism industry, facilitating trade and exports by circumventing sanctions, promoting transparency, and developing infrastructure. Among the most important obstacles to tourism development through the use of blockchain technology are the lack of appropriate infrastructure for establishing related frameworks and insufficient familiarity within the tourism infrastructure sectors.
