fa آمایش دفاعی- امنیتی جزایر خلیج فارس با رویکرد اقلیمی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span 2="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">خلیج فارس به عنوان یک منطقه استراتژیک و حساس از منظر اقتصادی، سیاسی و امنیتی، با چالش های متعددی مواجه است که از جمله آنها تاثیرات اقلیمی بر امنیت و ثبات جزایر این حوزه است. در این پژوهش ابتدا از طریق چارچوب نظری و تحلیل مطالعات گذشته در رابطه با آمایش سرزمین، ابعاد مختلف امنیتی شامل امنیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و نظامی از نظر ارتباط آن با اقلیم تحلیل شد سپس با استفاده از شاخص های زیست اقلیمی مانند شاخص رطوبتی-حرارتی (</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">THI</span><span 2="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">)، شاخص خنک کنندگی باد (</span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">WCI</span><span 2="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">) و شاخص دمای موثر معادل </span><span dir="LTR" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">EET)</span> <span 2="" lang="FA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">) </span><span 2="" lang="AR-SA" nazanin="" style="font-family:">وضعیت اقلیمی این جزایر تحلیل گردید، این پژوهش همچنین به راهکارهای موثر جهت تقویت امنیت دفاعی جزایر در برابر تهدیدات اقلیمی و ایجاد راه های همکاری منطقه ای جهت مدیریت بحران و تامین امنیت می پردازد، نتایج نشان می دهد که وجود زیرساخت های مقاوم در برابر تغییرات اقلیمی، ایجاد برنامه های آموزشی برای ساکنان و تشکیل همکاری های منطقه ای می تواند در بهبود وضعیت امنیتی و دفاعی جزایر خلیج فارس موثر واقع شود، در نهایت این پژوهش به ضرورت توجه بیشتر به تاثیرات اقلیمی و لزوم سازگاری و همچنین طراحی سیاست های جامع در راستای امنیت و دفاع پایدار جزایر این منطقه تاکید دارد.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> &nbsp; <div style="text-align: justify;">The Persian Gulf, as a strategic and sensitive region from an economic, political and security point of view, faces many challenges, among which are the effects of climate on the security and stability of the islands of this area. In this research, first, through the theoretical framework and the analysis of past studies related to land use, various aspects of security, including economic, social and military security, were analyzed in terms of its relationship with climate,Then, using bioclimatic indicators such as humidity-temperature index (THI), wind chill index (WCI) and equivalent effective temperature index (EET), the climatic condition of these islands was analyzed. It deals with climate threats and creating ways of regional cooperation for crisis management and providing security,The results show that the existence of infrastructure resistant to climate change, the creation of educational programs for residents and the formation of regional cooperation can be effective in improving the security and defense situation of the Persian Gulf Islands.
