fa نقش دیپلماسی شهری در شکل‌گیری اتحادیه شبکه شهرهای اطراف خلیج‌فارس در راستای افزایش همگرایی و تقویت صلح در منطقه عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">در زمینه نقش بازیگران محلی در عرصه‌های فراملی، رویکرد غالب در مدیریت شهری، پیوند شهرها به شبکه شهرهای بین‌المللی به‌منظور بهره‌مندی از مزایای جهانی‌شدن است که ارتقاء جایگاه</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:"> شهرها در عرصه سیاست جهانی را در پی داشته و منجر به نقش‌آفرینی مؤثر شهرها در نمایندگی منافع مشترک خود و سایر بازیگران شهری با </span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">تقویت دیپلماسی شهری </span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span b="" nazanin="" style="font-family:">شده است. با توجه به ضرورت موضوع، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی به بررسی نیازهای تشکیل یک اتحادیه بین‌المللی از شهرها در اطراف خلیج‌فارس با تأکید بر تقویت دیپلماسی شهری در منطقه می‌پردازد. در این راستا، زمینه‌های روابط اقتصادی و اجتماعی و وضعیت کنونی منطقه با استفاده از منابع و مقالات معتبر مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و مدل دیپلماسی شهری در منطقه خلیج‌فارس ارائه شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که شهرهای این منطقه با وجود عوامل همگرایی فراوان، به‌سمت واگرایی حرکت کرده‌اند و تشکیل یک اتحادیه شهری بین‌المللی در منطقه نقش مؤثری در افزایش همگرایی و تثبیت صلح در منطقه خواهد داشت.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%">In the context of the role of local actors in transnational arenas, the dominant approach in urban management involves connecting cities to international urban networks to leverage the advantages of globalization. This has elevated the status of cities in global politics and enabled them to effectively represent their shared interests and those of other urban actors by strengthening city diplomacy. Given the importance of this subject, the present study uses a descriptive-analytical method to examine the need for forming an international :union: of cities around the Persian Gulf, emphasizing the enhancement of city diplomacy in the region. The study analyzes the dynamics of economic and social relations and the region&#39;s current state using credible resources and scholarly articles. A model for city diplomacy in the Persian Gulf region is subsequently proposed. The findings reveal that despite numerous convergence-promoting factors, cities in the region have been moving toward divergence.
